White Orchid

For Mother's Day, I gave Mom an orchid plant.  

She loves flowers and all kinds of gardening.  By the way, I get that from her.

Well this little orchid flower broke off her plant and landed on my kitchen counter.  A little gift to myself I guess; and I'm so surprised it lasted so long!  It died the day after Memorial Day.  I would change the water on a daily basis, and it looked so fresh like a daisy...well in this case as an orchid!
