Vintage Friends

One of my goals for this year is to work on vintage cards. I love the look, but can't seem to grasp it yet on a card.

I used Stampin' Up! Vintage Vogue stamp set to create this card. I stamped the background with Old Olive and Perfect Plum ink. I then sprayed the cardstock with water and wadded up the paper; then I smoothed it out and let it dry. This technique gives the paper an aged look.

I cut out the flowers and the letter F. I used foam dots to raise the letter and give it a 3D look. The big flower is mounted onto the paper with a big glue dot; for the smaller flowers and leaves I used small glue dots.
