Summer Splendor Doily







 This is my very first round crochet project ever! 

I had attempted to make round doilies before, but was never successful.  My tension was too tight and the project would turn into a bowl instead of a flat round doily.  Live and learn...don't give up...carry on!!!

Little by little I'm making our summer home cozy.  I kid my husband that eventually he and the pets will be wearing a doily soon, as this craft has been my latest addiction!

This 3-legged round little table needed a doily.



Here's a close-up of finished doily.  It wasn't very hard to do and the instructions were easy to follow.
