A Midsummer Night's Dream Matchbox Swap

Last month I received this gorgeous altered matchbox from the super talented and creative Wanda at Something Shiny-Flickr.  We both participated in Wendy's Vintage Dragonfly's altered art matchbox swap called a A Midsummer Night's Dream.

Wanda captured the ethereal sense that Skakespeare's play exudes: Elizabethan maiden, moonlight, fantasy and magic.  She Filled the box with all things heavenly, ethereal and magical!
Thank you Wanda!

I created this altered matchbox for Wanda.  My theme was forest/nature and a bit of faerie dust.

These are some of the goodies I put together for Wanda.

I especially made this little altered candle for her and wrapped it in a vintage linen doily.  I was inspired by one similar I received as a gift.

Thank you so much for stopping by~
