Pink Saturday

Happy New Year!

It has been a while since I last blogged.  Ever since returning from our summer home and landed in Arizona, it has been BUSY!!!

Between health issues (I had surgery, Hubby has on going major dental issues, and taking care of Mom's health and her many medical appointments); dusty AZ home due to dust storms, holidays (Thanksgiving, birthdays, Christmas, family visiting), unexpected phone call from our tax man informing us that his office made an error in our 2012 taxes and we actually owed federal and state taxes...ahhh!!!

I have to say that finally, hubby and I can sit, relaxed and breathe. 

 

I had a health scare, and Thanks Be To God, it was nothing!  It made me realized how lucky and grateful I am for who I am and all of the blessings I have in my life.

 

As of now, our winter home is looking good and getting ready for some pink!

 Slowly but surely, I have removed our winter decor from our baker's rack in our dining room, and added some pink.  I love the Paris ATC I received from a swap.

The candy cane has got to go!

 I'm not totally satisfied with this vignette, but it works for now.

So far I've only done one shelf, but hopefully by the time February gets here, all of the shelves will have a touch of pink!
