Orange Crush

Have you ever tried to create a card using the color orange? It's a wonderful color for Halloween, but it's hard to use any other way as I discovered! Well for this week's SCS Ways to Use It challenge, WT258, was to find ways in using orange. I combined this challenge by using Clean & Simple sketch, FTL79.

I used SU! Tart & Tangy's orange stamp. As of right now in our Valley it's citrus season...our trees our loaded with oranges, lemons, grapefruit,...so therefore I was inspired to use orange.
I had a set of Martha Stewart's ribbon (with adhesive) that I had been wanting to use for the longest time, and this happened to be the perfect time. One thing I've never done before was to stamp on ribbon. I used StazOn Jet Black ink.

I love how the light comes through the pierced edges of the card.

Oh wow, this is FANTASTIC!

Thank you so much for playing along with us this week @ Clean & Simple Stamping. :)
I've created several handmade cards, but not in orange. I never imagined that a card could turn out so lovely in that color. You did a great job! :)
Great colors and piercing.
