Vintage Petite Jar Spring Swap

I had so fun much creating this altered jar for a spring swap hosted by Michele from Something Special!  We were to decorate an 8 ounce jar and fill it with little vintage things like spools, doilies, lace buttons, sewing notions, ephemera scrapbook embellies, and Easter stuff...and of course, make it special
I love how the top of the jar turned out to be!    The cute leaf ribbon is from my local neighborhood craft store Crop Girls

I made the stick pin with glass beads from some of my leftover jewelry projects.

I found the crotchet doily at our local thrift store.  I had saved it for a special day.

The butterfly pin was a gift from a swap I had participated, and added more glitter.
Thank you AJ!

I filled the jar with lots of goodies and added a little bit of moss at the bottom of the jar to give it a little touch of spring.

Marie, Spun by Me, I hope you like it!
Thank you for stopping by~

Hi Oliva,
I received my jar yesterday...it's lovely. The jar lid is so pretty. Love the little hat pin stuck in the top!!
My very favorite treasure is the sweet little bird...I collect chubby birds and hat pins too!

Thanks a bunch!!

PS. I hope your jar arrived safely.
