The O'Hara Plantation

Tara, The O'Hara Plantation
Over at Cinema Saturday Creative Challenge was to make a card based on the epic movie Gone With the Wind. I have seen the movie a couple of times and I challenged myself to read the book many years ago from beginning to end. I did it!!! My most favorite part of the story is how much Scarlett's father, Gerald O'Hara, loves his land. So in my card I tried to evoke Mr. O'Hara's Irish background, and Scarlett's green eyes. The doily represents Scarlett's lacy corsets and tons of fine lace undergarments, that Mammy helped her dress into.
I used a SU background stamp with an Irish Prayer ~ May the wind be always at your back...
I did this week's 2S4U, Laura's Sketch 13.
