Harvey Wallbanger Cake

I love making this cake for New Year's. I came across this recipe years ago at a New Year's Day dinner. Susan was gracious to share her recipe with me. Thank you Susan...this cake has now become a tradition in our home.

I love the bright colors on the designer paper.
