Heart of the Home Party

I'm participating in Sheila's Heart of the Home Party. Sheila from Note Songs is hosting a Kitchen Party where we get to showcase our kitchens or the Heart of the our Homes.
Hubby and I moved to our new home a little over 3 years ago. Our new kitchen is tiny and doesn't have too much working space. Even though I am very happy with our new home, the kitchen could be a little bigger. I really miss my old huge country kitchen...

My oven is ready to welcome fall...

My most prized possession: my gorgeous handsome rooster!!!

Above the fridge I have arranged a vignette showcasing a few of my favorite things...

My little corner showcases shelves displaying some of my favorite things that I've collected over the years: a few of my white pitchers, my Longaberger ice bucket, my milk glass hen
At this time of year I place a few of my Halloween pumpkins/jack-o-lanterns to bring in some holiday spooky cheer.

Thank you so much for your kind comments on my kitchen. I have lived in all kinds of homes with all kinds of kitchens. They truly are the heart of the home. It doesn't matter if they are large or small, old or new. I love them all. Thank you for showing us yours.
