Crochet Head Warmers

Cold weather arrived here at the Twin Cities much earlier than expected, and I needed something warm to keep my ears from freezing.  I noticed a lot more ladies/girls around here wearing the cutest headband warmers, that I decided to make one for myself.

I found this pattern on Ravelry and it turned out to be so easy to make and most importantly...so darn cute!!!
So far I have made several head warmers in different colors and yarns.
I have to say that this one is my favorite!  I love the color of the yarn and it's so soft and warm.
I used this crochet flower pattern for this head warmer.

**sorry for the blurry pics...I used my camera phone & my eyes are getting really bad...

I finished this taupe color one 2 nights ago, and I really love it too!
I used this crochet flower pattern for this head warmer from I'm Frayed Knot.

I have been making different crochet flowers for the head warmers I've made so far.  I think I just get bored with making the same flower pattern over and over again.
Tomorrow I will paying a visit to a nearby yarn shop called Skeins and see what nice yarns I find for more head warmers to make as gifts.

I also like head warmers for the cold weather. They keep you warm and look so cute too. I also love your pumpkins from your last post. You've been a busy girl.

Last year I wanted to make several of these for myself and family...time just seemed to get away from me, but now I am seeing yours and got the bug again. Thanks for sharing.
