Crock Pot Swiss Steak
A couple of years ago I participated in several 6"x6" recipe swaps. We had options as to what kind of recipes we wanted to participate in: desserts, crock pot, beef, chicken, appetizers, grill...
Of course, in my case, I never found the time to organize the recipe cards and try out the recipes.
Well, I decided to dust off and organize my recipe cards, and give them a try.
I chose to make a crock pot meal first, which was easy to prepare and it turned out to be delicious!

I would like to try at least 1-2 recipes per week, especially for those days I have no clue as to what to make for dinner, besides reservations...LOL!
