Featured Stamper

Last week's featured stamper over at SplitCoastStampers was Sue, aka Tillymint: FS208

She has a wonderful gallery, and I chose this card to CASE.

In making this card I learned a new technique called faux pressed flowers. This technique creates the look of vintage pressed flowers. You glue the silk flowers onto card stock and then run it through the Cuttlebug using an embossing folder. I used my Houndstooth embossing folder.
I actually liked this technique, and I know I will be using it in future cards.
