Crochet Edge Pillowcases

Merry Christmas in July!

Last month I sewed a pair of pillowcases out of some vintage fabric I found at an estate sale.  After much thought I decided that if I added a red crochet edge to each pillowcase, they would be perfect to use for our bed decor during Christmas season.

Once I decided how I was going to use these pillowcases, my next step was to find an easy pretty crochet edge pattern.  I had saved onto one of my Pinterest boards for later use. The only thing was that it was a picture only with no written instructions.  Luckily for me, it was not hard to follow!

I hope I can wait that to use though!
