While blogging I came across Mandy's blog Messages from Mandy. Mandy has a weekly post called Thankful Thursday where you leave her a comment on what you are thankful for. So I took a moment to think of something I am thankful for. The moment became days...

I thought and thought and thought...and couldn't really think of something that I am really thankful for. Isn't it sad!?! I know I have way too many things to be thankful for, and realized how I take things for granted on a daily basis. So tonight while Hubby and I were having our dinner, I mentioned to him how cozy our house is. Hubby started to sing some lyrics from a song by Crosby, Stills & Nash, and it finally came to me!

I am thankful for our HOME

Our house is a very, very, very fine house

With 2 cats in the yard, life used to be so hard

Now everything is easy 'cause of you...

Hubby & I have been married for almost 21 years now. We had highs & lows, joys & disappointments, happiness & sad moments, healthy and not so healthy and back to good health, money/no money times, but we have a HOME.
