Birthday III

I hope I'm not boring you with another repeat of the same layout card. I did a little twist here. I scored the border punched strip of card stock and then I used Martha Stewart's sticker ribbon. It was a cinch to adhere!
The bottom layer is that printed vellum paper I had mentioned before. I wonder where I can find more of that vellum paper???
