Flowery Hope

I am so glad I took two days to getting our home back to normal after a busy and fun holiday.  Everything has been washed, cleaned, dusted, packed and put away!!!

I'm having fun participating in card challenges again.  I made this card for an Inspiration Challenge, and I find these type of challenges challenging...LOL!!!
I used small paper flowers to fill in the flower of the stamped hydrangea image.  I love how it turned out.  It actually does look like a real hydrangea in my opinion.  I'm also very pleased how the embossed background looks.  I'm very impressed by Stampin' Up's embossing folders over Cuttlebug's.  The embossed paper turns out sharper and deeper.
My inspiration to create my card came from this tissue paper flower from Elaine Milewsky's Paper Art & Sculpture Board on Pinterest.  I just want to reach out and touch it!

It's so very pretty Olivia! Looks like you spent a lot of time working on it.

I am very envious of you pretty Olivia...everything put away and washed!!! I've been so busy hosting, baking and cooking... and now when I had plans to fix my house back to normal I have to go to my DD Alexandra's house for a hour's flight, because she's so sick with a bad cold and she's lives alone. Thank God DD Sofie is fine from her miscarriage and hopping to get pregnant again in the near future. Thank you for inquiring about her.
Now for your great post, finally! Yes, everything looks lovely as if you were working a long time on it...you are talented though.
It's simply beautiful!
Many blessings for you this new year, my friend.
