Sunday after the Vikings Stadium Open House tour, the family gathered at Psycho Suzi's!
This place was suggested by Eric and his wife Debbie (Hubby's nephew), and we were not disappointed!
The adults cooled down with a sip of their infamous Eruption in Paradise, and the children with some refreshing old-fashioned lemonade. Of course other beverages were had as well.
Let me tell you that this potion for me was a real "eruption"!!!

This is a fun and relaxing place to gather on a gorgeous day out by the their Riverfront Patio with family (daytime) and friends.
The food was excellent. I think most of us had their Build Your Own Burger, which was delicious! I have to admit that I could only eat half of it!!! I think it tasted even better the following day.
We also tried several of their appetizers: Barracuda Wings, Polynesian Wings and Honest Cheese Curds. My favorite were the Honest Cheese Curds. The Wings were good and tasty, but a bit spicy for my taste.
Next time we have company visiting, this will sure be a destination!!!
