Easy Canvas Pumpkin

I am so happy how my canvas pumpkin turned out!!!
I tell you … YouTube and all bloggers give me tons of inspiration!
While I was cleaning out and organizing my small sewing stash here in our summer home, I came across a nice size piece of canvas fabric left over from another DIY project.  The fabric was just big enough for one pumpkin.
I followed the same step-by-step instructions as I did for my velvet pumpkins.
For the stem, I recycled an old wooden dresser knob (and its screw) from an old dresser Hubby refinished a while back.
For a finishing touch, I simply added a leftover faux fall leaf and lace seam binding with hot glue.
I see a big patch of canvas pumpkins in different sizes for next year … after all I have 7 wooden dresser knobs!!!
