Crochet Edge Tags

First of all I would like to give credit for these fabulous tag ideas to Beca from Foxxy's Cottage.  I loved them so much that I made some for myself!!!
Thank you Beca!!!
This is my second set of crochet edge tags that I made a couple of weeks ago.  I used vintage greeting cards and some not so old, cut them to size and punched holes at the bottom for crochet edge.  The crochet patterns I simply made them up as I went along...sorry no written patterns.  It was a lot easier to crochet this time on heavy paper/cardstock...practice makes perfect!
Here are the three crochet edge tags I made for the first time!

On this particular tag after adding the crochet edge, I did not like how the holes looked (not too neat), so I covered them up with a piece of vintage ribbon.  For the strings, I simply crochet a long chain that was the right size for each tag.

These tags can actually be used for bookmarks, gift tags, or to use as a little quick note!

Those are just the sweetest little tags! I can barely follow a crochet pattern, let alone make up the stitches on my own!

These are beautiful, I have crocheted all around a tag to frame it but didn't think of just doing a edge on them, love this idea, will have to give it a try!

Those are the prettiest tags I think I've ever seen and the crochet trim makes them even more lovely. I love the idea of using them as bookmarks, too... :)
Those are the sweetest tags, Oliva! I love how I get inspired from my blogging friends.
Also, those adorable crocheted pumpkins, plus all the other little creations are just wonderful. I'd like to make a garland of pumpkins for my mantle. Wouldn't that be cute?

Your gift tags are the sweetest things edged with the pretty crochet edgings. Funnily enough I have the same card....the one with the little boy and girl sitting together....isn't that funny.
