Maple Leaf Garland

When I saw Making Home Base's fall garland, I was inspired to make one myself...but with some tweaking!
I had a few Dollar Store's fall leaves on hand, and did not want to make a special trip to get more.  So this is where the "tweaking" comes in...
I also had some coffee stained book pages I had made, but never used.  I found a Maple Leaf template on Pinterest.  I cut out several leaves using the coffee stained book pages.  Stapled the leaves to a string of jutte, and covered the stapled stem with clear adhesive tape.
And last but not least...
to cover the stapled taped stems, I glued the Dollar Store's fall leaves to each!
Ta~dah!!!

  5. How cute! I love the book page leaves. :)

I hope it has cooled off when you get to Arizona. It's finally cooler here in Texas and the leaves are even starting to change a little.
